Qurious (adj.) \ ˈkyu̇r-ē-əs — eager to know or learn something.

The most beautiful things in the world are the ones most people walk past. We have built The Qurious Co. on a restless, wandering curiosity and an uncompromising eye -- one that knows immediately when something is worth stopping for. Behind every object, every building, every weathered wall, there is a story. We are here to find them.

The Qurious Co. began the way the best things do -- quietly, and out of necessity. During the stillness of Covid, when the world stopped moving, we turned our attention inward. To the home. To the objects around us. To the question of why some spaces feel alive and others simply don't.

We are a Singaporean husband and wife team, with an idea that was born on the streets of London. We believed then, as we do now, that the most beautiful things in the world are the ones most people walk past.

Since then, we haven't really stopped wandering.

Heritage is not a place. It is not one city or one continent. It lives in the shophouses of Jalan Besar and the backstreets of Penang. In the markets of Bangkok and the sun-bleached streets of provincial France. In worn staircases and hand-painted signboards and the particular green of a door that has survived a hundred years of sun and rain. It is everywhere, if you know how to look.

We document what we find. We share the stories behind things. We are drawn to architecture, to craft, to the quiet histories that most people walk past without a second glance.

And every so often, we bring some of them home.
